- Operational works / activities at Bottom Ash Area, of both Units, Operational works/activities at ESP/Air Pre Heater/Economizer ,work at Ash Water pump House and Ash slurry pump House, Servicing and Replacement of Ash Slurry, Disposal Pump/Bottom Ash Overflow pump, Servicing and Replacement of Clinker Grinder, Servicing and Replacement of BAH Feed Gate, Replacement of Vent Fan of Dry Ash Collection System (Silo top),Overhauling of Drain, Pumps (Silo/Ash Slurry Pump House)/Vacuum pump House. ,Replacement/Cleaning of Filter Bags per FAE tower (Dry Ash System),Replacement/Cleaning of Filter Bags per Silo, Recovery Water Pump, Servicing of Clarifier Bridge,maintenance of Ash Slurry Pumps including Gear Box, Fluid Coupling and Oil Cooler. Maintenance of HP Pumps, maintenance of LP Pumps, maintenance of Eco Pumps, maintenance of Drain Pumps (Ash Slurry Pump House, Vacuum Pumps and silo), maintenance of Transport Air Compressors, maintenance of Fluidizing Blowers (ESP and Silo).
- Maintenance of HMDC Pump of SILO.HMDC of SILO Telescopic Chutes of SILO, Clinker Grinders including Fluid Coupling and Gear Box, Power Cylinder of Feed Gate, Sludge Pump near clarifier. Recovery Water Pump. Seal Water Pump of recovery water pump, Clariflocculator. Alum Dozing Pumps. Lime Dozing Pumps.PE Dozing Pumps. Agitator of Lime/Alum/Flash Tank/ Stilling Chamber. EOT Cranes of AHP .Monorail Hoist of AHP. MHV.Equalizing valves. Rotary Segregating Valves Branch Segregating Valves FAE Tower (Wet System) FAE Tower (Dry System) Alignment checking of all equipment will be carried out in certain interval decided by EIC. All seam required for alignment has to be arranged by the party on his cost. Removal of accumulated clinker from BAH, Unit #1&2. Replacement of Bearing Housing/Bearings of Vent Fans (SILO). Removing of jamming of Rotary Feeders (SILO). Replacement of DE & NDE bearing of Rotary Feeders (SILO) Replacement of Sprocket/ Simplex Roller Chain / shortening of chain including alignment of Rotary Feeders (SILO) etc.
